Cool. My nightlife has gotten (much) livelier ever since hostel days. Argh. Supper at night, bridge, some mahjong, and then being online and blogging. Ah. I'm lacking sleep. Gonna sleep pretty soon, but just thought I might as well crap a few lines.
My timetable's jammed packed, so there's no way I'll have any free days off. Reminds me so much of JC days, and I doubt I'll like that. Have ta cope very much on my own I guess. Argh. Barely have time to game this way. (Noooo!)
I'm at a loss for words now. Blog next time. I can never seem to gather my random thoughts when I get my butt in front of the com. Will needa write down.

Argh. Should have been blogging the last week, but my browser wasn't configured for LAN settings, and I couldn't access the web for the past few days. Wanted to blog about first stay in hostel on Wed, but I guess the initial excitement on hostel staying died down. Ah well. Moved in on Wednesday, and slacked for the better part of that day in my hostel.
Thursday was better, at least I went out with friends, so I wasn't trapped in my room. Met up with Val, Mei, Diana and Farhana supposedly for movie and dinner, but Diana couldn't make it for the movie, Mei and Farhana couldn't make it for the dinner. I swear the next time round we meet I'm gonna chain them up. Watched The Island, woot, great movie, except it was a wee bit too exaggerating. I mean, how can anyone, ANYONE, survive a fall from the 70th storey?! But otherwise, I think the storyline's pretty good, and ain't that McGregor cute or what? XD
Saturday was good, I was back home on Friday, and met Huiling and the rest. Haven't had Chomp Chomp food for a long time. Boy, it's really good. Gotta love yummy stingray and oyster omelette (orh lua la people). The 2 ulu JY and Spence never been to Chomp Chomp before. They didn't know what they were missing out man. Lol.
Moved back in yesterday, and steamboat @ Marina bay. Lol, I keep describing my eating escapades. But that's all I do anyway. God knows my dieting plans aren't really working. Who cares? But anyway, back to steamboat. Actually it's kinda sianz to eat at Marina Bay. Nothing new, so it was just a regular meal with 8 other people. Halfway during the meal Hinky and Huiling got bored of eating and sneaked off to arcade. We didn't last long eating after that. Joined them for Daytona, which obviously I owned all again. *evil laughters* Ok la, Huiling and Sophia were close behind. I kept grinding my car beside hers, and caused Sophia to flip. I think if Sophia didn't flip so many times, she would have won.
Back at hostel. I'm not gonna say how me and Hinky trekked from her hostel to mine and then to Sophia's. Long story. Walked over for midnight bridge game, which lasted to 5, almost 6. I had barely 3 hours of sleep. Argh. Hinky's sleeping on my bed now, that kinda showed how shagged we are.

Ah! Was supposed to blog, but since I wasn't home last night...
Saturday was housing-moving day. Imagine me waking up at 7am to meet the housemovers, I mean, Ronghui and YS. Ahh. Cold morning, and I was roused from bed by my alarm, how sad is that? Brought all my stuff, pillows, whatever, whatever, to the hostel. Main aim was to sneak in, dump everything into my room, and sneak out. I cannot afford to be seen by any of the camp leaders. I think they'd just fray me alive for not going for the camp. Oh well.
Came back to Hougang to have breakfast and slack around before I had to meet Huiling and the rest. Argh. Some stupid competition that JY signed us up for, which included us running up and down Orchard Road in a scavenger hunt. I think we were tired out the last part of the game, since after a while, we started to lag behind a few teams. Plus there was a screwup at the last station, so we turned out to be one of the last few to get back to start point. Tiredness plus that major screwup kinda deflated the whole team I guess. Oh well, all's in the name of fun anyway.
Went for steamboat @ Yuki Yaki in Cineleisure. I think I enjoyed the sushi more than the steamboat, but since it was buffet, and the guys were eyeing on the food... Ah. Turns out you can make your own ice-cream. Like cold frying it to become ice-cream. Put flavoured liquid on a cold surface and stir it -- tada, ice cream! You guys will know what I'm talking about if you ever pass by that place. Don't worry, that stupid building forces you to walk past it if you ever want to use the escalator to get up to level 3.
Ended up meeting Ronghui, Guan and the rest of the gang for supper. Not really supper, I was barely there for 15 minutes before Guan whisked me off into a taxi. Yeah. Clubbing. I swear it's my very first time, and I swear I cannot hold my liquor. What, half a glass of vodka ribena and I'm stoned for half the time I'm there. I suck, I know. Unfortunately I like being sucky. Oh well. Met up with Guan's frens, and oh man, her friend can't get his hands off her. Not that I don't know that guy likes sweet ole Guan, but, give it up boy, she's not interested. (And I swear I'm not jealous. Pulease.)
You know clubbing made me realise I can't really dance. Oh well, ain't no surprise. Oh, and there's quite a few eye-candies floating around. Not bad, and they are kinda funny too, when they get high and start puking around the sofa area. Lol. I'm mean, I know I'm mean.
And after that... You'll probably know by now where I'd put up for the night.

Ok, broke my promise. Not exactly promise, but some kind of, er, decision. Whatever. (I can spell 'whatever'. My taggy nick 'wateva' does not show my ability to spell.)
Anyway. Had to go out today, since we had to pay hostel fees, and my mum doesn't think it's safe to send in the cheque since they didn't specify the bearer. Oh well. Made another trip to NTU just to throw the 300 bucks in their faces. Hehe. Wanted to walk around the halls today, but just didn't have enough zeal to go through with walking up and down hills (yeah, really hills) just to get to our individual halls.
Hopped over to Swenson to pig out instead. I can't believe what we ordered. For the very first time I ever dine with anyone, all five of us (Sophia, Huiying, Peiyu, Hinky and me) ordered the same thing -- Chicken Baked Rice. How random is that? Lol. There's always a first for everything I guess.
Wanted to discuss stuff on what to bring over to hostel, but was too distracted by individual desserts. Only came up with thus short list:
- Toiletries
- Cleaning Equipment (Hostel makeover!)
- Clothes
- Pillow (Sophia...)
- Soft Toys (Sophia again...)
- Can't remember the rest...
Anyway. Yeah. That'll probably do for the meantime. Can't believe we are gonna move in this sun! Argh. Too fast man. Friday collecting keys and doing some cleaning and moving, Saturday to totally move everything, Sunday to officially stay over. Oh boy. Too fast.
Oh yeah. Went over Crumpler @ Paragon to buy that laptop bag I've been eyeing since forever. Woot. That's 185 bucks down the drain. I swear I was coerced to buy it... by some mysterious power controlling my mind. Argh. Fits my notebook perfectly though. Gotta love it. ^_^

I was pretty determined to blog just a few hours ago, but now I seem to have lost the zeal. Oh well. Will blog just anyway.
Oh yeah, about the comment last blog entry, I'm really gonna do that. It was not a spur-of-the-moment thing like it might seem to be. I'm TRYING very hard. 2 days down, and probably another 3 more weeks to go. Sounds like I'm torturing myself. Oh yeah. Torturous. Keeps my pocket fatter too. Keeps me saner as well. Keeps everyone sane enough.
Nah. Give me a break. Really.

Determined to stay home, lock myself in my house for the next few weeks before I go uni. I'll see to it I do just that.

Kayaking trip for us yesterday. Woot! Haven't been back to the sea for a long time. Was waken in the wee hours of the morning, thanks to Huiling. Meeting at 8, so die die have to wake up at 7. Darn. Anyway, we were once again stood up for an hour. The guys just love to dilly-dally when we aren't around to hurry them. Ended up meeting at 9 to have breakfast at the nearby Mac. Tell me why haven't I learnt my lesson never to be on time?
I'm glad we didn't waste time dragging. Didn't want to catch the afternoon sun, so we only went down for 2 hours. 10 to noon, so I wasn't really burnt. Just a little red on the cheeks and nose (usual sunburn areas). Not bad la. The rental was dang expensive. Who ever heard you needed to pay for life jackets?! Yeah, that NS sea sports club charged 2 dollars per life jacket, and you HAVE to use them. No other way about it. Oh well.
Karaoke session at JBox. Er, some split subsidiary from KBox, since it operates just like Kbox, except it's half the price. Cool. Sing our throats to death. 3 hours of non-stop singing. Lol. I think I'm addicted to karaoke sessions. Wahaha. Gonna go back again. >:)
Lol, stayed home today, even though it's my birthday. Haha, I seem to have a tradition for staying home on birthdays. Every year, I seem to be stuck at home. Oh well. Works fine for me. Not bad, staying home to collect presents from everyone. ^_^ First was Alvin's (thanks for the white pig! Cute! Gonna bring it over to hostel.), then Leong came over to deliver 2 bagful of boxes! Woo~ Thanks a lot everyone, you simply made my day.
Not to mention the 15 messages I received this morning when I woke up. Damn shocking. 15?! Lol. Then after that, new messages kept trickling in. You guys are great pals you know? Actually, all I needed was just some sort of confirmation that my birthday is remembered, that I'm remembered. That's all I need, a short note saying "Happy Birthday!" or "Hey girl, you are 1 year older!" or something like that. Whatever. The best thing is that you guys bothered to send that message.
Thank you everyone...
